Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before your visit. Can't find your answer? We're always happy to help — just call the clinic.
Getting Started
No. In Ontario you can see a chiropractor directly without a physician's referral. Some extended health benefit plans have their own requirements, so it can help to check your coverage before your visit.
Your first visit focuses on understanding you. We discuss your history and goals, complete a physical assessment, and explain our findings in plain language. From there we discuss whether care is appropriate and what a suitable plan might look like.
Please bring any relevant imaging or reports, a list of medications, and your extended health benefit details if you plan to use them. Comfortable clothing you can move in is also helpful.
You can call us at (416) 242-3773 during clinic hours or use the appointment request form on our Contact page. We will follow up to confirm a suitable time.
Our Services
Our main services are chiropractic care, non-surgical spinal decompression (VAX-D and SpineMED) and Class IV K-Laser therapy.
Every plan starts with an assessment. Based on your history, examination and goals, we discuss which options may be appropriate — sometimes one therapy, sometimes a combination. If care with us is not suitable, we will tell you and help point you in the right direction.
Often, yes. For example, spinal decompression may be paired with laser therapy and chiropractic care as part of one coordinated plan, when appropriate for your situation.
What to Expect
Most people find our treatments comfortable. Some approaches may produce a brief sensation, and mild, short-lived soreness afterward is normal, much like after exercise. We tailor techniques to your comfort and explain what to expect.
This depends on your condition, how long you have had it and how you respond. After your assessment we suggest a plan and review progress regularly, rather than committing you to an open-ended course of care.
No. We do not promise cures or guarantee outcomes. We use evidence-based approaches, set realistic expectations, and focus on assessing suitability and reviewing your progress honestly along the way.
